Abstract
Construction industry is one of the largest economic sector in the world in 2017. And Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the powerful set of technology to design, construction and management has been strengthen the construction industry. BIM has significant benefits for the project lifecycle even after it‘s lifecycle but this benefits can‘t gain by the project because of failure to successful implementation of BIM technology to the construction industry.
