Abstract

Job satisfaction has been a significant issue worldwide. Dissatisfied employees cannot devote their full attention to their work. Despite making up 84.4% of Bangladesh's total exports, the RMG business is home to some of the country's most dissatisfied workers. Consequently, this sector is essential to the economy. Therefore, RMG employees should be pleased to contribute to the economy. Several regrettable factors contribute to Bangladeshi RMG factories' tension and consequently, poor output. Factors such as a lack of job security, lack of trust, poor working conditions, compensation, other financial incentives, a lack of rewards and recognition, etc., may predict frustration among Bangladeshi RMG workers.
