Abstract
This paper presents the parametric evaluation of a tubular structured electromagnetic energy harvester, which is capable of producing electricity from unused vibration energy from the environment. The production of electricity can be controlled by varying the displacement of the movable magnet within an enclosed housing wrapped by copper coil, varying the number of turns of the coil and/or changing the magnetic field strength by choosing magnets with different strengths. The workability of the movable magnet is enhanced by keeping two similar magnet's pole on both sides within the house. Both movable and repulsive magnet's field strengths are amplified by accumulating Neodymium N35 grade permanent magnets.
