Abstract
In recent times, the increasing demand for cost-effective, flexible, and autonomous systems that can be controlled by IoT has spurred the development of mobile and remotely controlled monitoring systems. In addition to the prior knowledge, this paper explains an innovative IoT-based surveillance system that integrates real-time video broadcasting and remotely controllable features using the ESP32-CAM board to implement efficient wireless streaming by comprehensively examining behavioral patterns of the target. This prototype is designed to display video at the QVGA (320*240) resolution and still have a low latency of less than 500 ms and thus a stable operation over a 30-meter wireless range.
