Abstract
A global economic catastrophe brought on by the current COVID-19 pandemic in addition to a public health emergency. The disease mitigation financial measures are taken by most countries around the world because of dealing with the overwhelming pressure in the health sector. While countries experience significant falls in revenue with a drastic rise in unemployment, supply chain disruption, and interruption in the production and services sectors. On the other hand, the healthcare sector has been playing the most significant role during COVID-19 and governments also prioritize this sector in budget allocation.
