Ga-doping in Li <sub>0.33</sub> La <sub>0.56</sub> TiO <sub>3</sub> : a promising approach to boost ionic conductivity in solid electrolytes for high-performance all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries

Abstract

Ga doping at the B-site of LLTO solid electrolytes significantly enhances ionic conductivity due to increased B–O bond length and larger grain size. This makes Ga-LLTO a promising candidate for high-performance all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries.
