Abstract
<title>Abstract</title> <bold>Purpose:</bold> Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), a highly contagious disease, has expanded fast over the world and continues to pose a serious threat to global public health. The prognosis for patients identified with severe or critical cases is bleak. As a result, it's vital for us to spot potentially serious or critical instances early on and treat patients as soon as possible. In the clinical practice of treating patients with COVID-19, we have observed that the computed tomography severity score (CTSS) of severe patients is higher than that in mild patients.
