Abstract
This deliverable builds upon the high-level architecture of the Data Fabric which was laid out in D5.1. This document, D5.2, describes the low-level architecture of the Data Fabric and describes the technical details. It is written in conjunction with D5.3, where data protection and ethical aspects of the Data Fabric are documented, and D5.4, where the implementation plan and forthcoming documentation are rolled out. Therefore, several cross-references will be found among D5.1, D5.2, D5.3 and D5.4 all together documenting the preparations necessary to successfully develop, deploy and operate the Data Fabric in DIRECTED.
