Clients survey in MCH-FP Extension Project areas.

Abstract
This document describes the design and purpose of a clients survey which was to begin in September 1983 in Bangladesh. Its goal was to provide baseline information about client-worker interactions prior to any International Center for Diarrheal Disease Research (ICDDR) interventions. Specifically the survey aims to 1) measure the quantity of services rendered by the Ministry of Health and Population Control (MOHPC) field staff; 2) measure the quality of these services; and 3) learn the village womens impressions of the field staff.
