Abstract
Nursing, a cornerstone of healthcare, is a profession characterized by its dedication to patient well-being. However, the demanding nature of nursing often takes a toll on work-life balance. This commentary investigates how artificial intelligence (AI) could significantly impact the healthcare sector, particularly by enhancing the work-life balance of nurses. It highlights how AI can greatly lessen administrative tasks, improve clinical decision-making, and support remote patient monitoring, ultimately helping nurses achieve a more balanced work-life dynamic.
