A Navigation system for rescue operation during disaster management using LTE advanced network and WPAN

Disasters either natural or manmade, is a part of our everyday life and no measures can eliminate the occurrence. But, unpreparedness and unawareness of these disasters enhance the severity of damages and cause the loss of human lives. So after the occurrence of the disaster, it requires all out efforts for rescue operation of the lives trapped or lost. When a person gets trapped in an unknown place, it is hard to pinpoint his location to rescue him. As a result, the rescuer may need huge amount of resources, energy and time to locate the victim which may result in serious injury or even death.
