E-governance success factors in Bangladesh: A cross-sectional quantitative study on union digital centers

Abstract

Unfolding e-governance success factors in Bangladesh through analyzing union digital centers (UDCs) is the main objective of this study. In doing so, a cross-sectional quantitative method is utilized through collecting data of 369 UDC users based on a structured questionnaire survey. The structural equation modeling (SEM) is applied to test hypotheses and find the statistical significance of the success factors. This study mainly followed D & M IS Success Model of DeLone and McLean and further identified other associated factors through an extensive literature review for making an integrated research model for this study.
