Judicial Control of Administrative Action towards Administrative Justice in Bangladesh

Since its emergence as a nation-state, Bangladesh has been trying hard to reshape its administrative actions to meet citizens’ needs, maintain social order and attain the goals of human society. Now, public administration is to play a pivotal role, exercising a huge bulk of power and actions related to the aspect of individual’s life.
