Abstract
Vibha Akkaraju writes personal narratives that emerge from her family entanglements, her overthinking of fleeting observations, and the traffic jam at the Indian American intersection. Her work has been published in The Dillydoun Review, HerStry, and Daring to Breathe: Stories of Living with the Foreverness of Grief (The Press at Cal State University, Fresno, January 2024), among other places. She is currently working on a memoir about her family's move from India to the U.S., her and her father's divergent search for identity, and the ripples cast by immigration.
