Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of intellectual capital on job performance within the education sector in Lahore, Pakistan, with a specific focus on the mediating roles of organizational commitment, attitude, and job satisfaction. While extensive research has explored the direct relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance in corporate and industrial settings, limited attention has been given to the mediating mechanisms that explain this relationship within the education sector, particularly in developing countries such as Pakistan.
