摘要: 随着人类对太空的逐步探索,大尺度空间可展开结构的应用日益广泛,对高收纳比的需求日益迫切。面向在轨舱体需求设计圆柱形可展柔性结构,结合折纸技术提出了两阶段、多维度的结构折展方案。针对高收纳比的技术要求,设计的可展柔性结构先执行平面内径向折展,后执行空间纵向折展,该折展方案的收纳比可达到98.6%。基于一阶基频的需求,对可展柔性结构的模态进行参数化分析,讨论充气管气压和膜面预应力的影响。采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对结构的两阶段展开过程进行了动力学分析,验证了展开过程的平稳有序,形态变化与受力皆合理,证明了结构设计方案的可行性与合理性。最后,使用薄膜褶皱参数的通用计算流程对展开后的褶皱构...
