Abstract
This research focuses on the impact of change leadership of ERP on organizational performance with moderating role of vendor support. To test our ideas, data was collected from both technical and non-technical employees of public and private sector organizations located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad (Pakistan) which implemented ERP in the recent past. Data were analyzed through structural equation modelling using SmartPLS. Results suggest that change leadership was positively related to enhancing organizational performance after ERP implementation. However, vendor support moderated this link such that the impact of change leadership was higher when organizations received higher levels of vendor support.
