Abstract
Customer relationship management (CRM) is a continually evolving domain and now social media technologies have revolutionized the way businesses and consumers interact. Hence, the new dimension of social CRM focuses on customer engagement domain, and now social media technologies have revolutionised the way businesses and consumers interact.
